Collaboration & Communication
Listening, Learning & Continuous Improvement
A structured mechanism to gather stakeholder inputs and drive institutional improvement.

Feedback is an essential component of the quality assurance framework of St. Xavier's College, Thumba. The IQAC has established a structured feedback mechanism to gather inputs from students, teachers, alumni, employers, parents, and other stakeholders regarding various aspects of institutional functioning.
The feedback system helps assess the effectiveness of curriculum delivery, teaching-learning processes, infrastructure, student support services, governance practices, extension activities, and overall institutional performance. The collected feedback is systematically analysed and used for planning corrective measures and quality enhancement initiatives.
Stakeholder feedback promotes participatory governance and ensures that institutional policies and practices remain responsive to emerging needs and expectations. The IQAC regularly reviews feedback findings and recommends improvements that contribute to better academic and administrative outcomes.
Through a transparent and evidence-based feedback process, the college reinforces its commitment to accountability, continuous improvement, and stakeholder satisfaction.
