Dr. Harish S. R.

Dr. Harish S. R. has thirteen years of teaching experience and holds an M.Sc., M.Phil., and Ph.D. His research and teaching interests cover Plant Biochemistry, Plant Physiology, and Ethnobotany. He has published in national and international journals on plant responses to abiotic stress, oxidative stress in mangroves, ethnobotany of indigenous communities, and antioxidant biochemistry.

He is widely recognised as Faculty Coordinator of the Nature Club, through which he organises nature walks and field trips connecting students with the natural environment. He has also served as College Examination Superintendent and is active in the Alumni Association.
