Quality Assurance
Comprehensive assessment of academic and administrative institutional functions
A systematic assessment supporting institutional quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The Academic and Administrative Audit (AAA) is a comprehensive quality assessment exercise that evaluates both academic and administrative functions of the institution. The audit focuses on governance, leadership, teaching-learning processes, research activities, student support services, infrastructure management, and institutional effectiveness.
The primary objective of AAA is to ensure that institutional processes remain efficient, transparent, accountable, and aligned with quality standards. It helps identify best practices, areas requiring improvement, and opportunities for innovation in academic and administrative operations.
The audit process promotes evidence-based decision-making and encourages departments and administrative units to adopt systematic planning, documentation, and performance evaluation practices.
