Institutional Information for Quality Assessment (IIQA)
The Institutional Information for Quality Assessment (IIQA) is the preliminary stage of the NAAC accreditation process. It contains essential institutional information required by NAAC to determine eligibility for the accreditation process and serves as the foundation for the subsequent submission of the Self Study Report.
The IIQA provides details relating to institutional profile, governance structure, academic programmes, faculty resources, infrastructure, student enrolment, quality assurance mechanisms, and statutory compliance. It reflects the institution's readiness to undergo quality assessment and accreditation.
At St. Xavier's College, Thumba, the preparation and submission of IIQA documents are coordinated by the IQAC in consultation with various academic and administrative departments. The process ensures accuracy, transparency, and compliance with NAAC guidelines.
The IIQA documents are maintained as part of the institution's quality assurance records and accreditation documentation.
