Grievance Redressal

St. Xavier's College maintains a robust and transparent Grievance Redressal mechanism designed to address the concerns of both students and staff members effectively. We prioritize a harmonious campus life by ensuring that every voice is heard and every dispute is resolved with fairness, confidentiality, and speed. To facilitate this, the college has constituted dedicated Students' Grievance Redressal Committees (SGRC-Students) and Staffs' Grievance Redressal Committees (SGRC-Staff).

These committees are empowered to investigate complaints related to academic, administrative, or personal matters, providing a structured platform for constructive dialogue and resolution. Students and staff are encouraged to utilize these institutional channels to voice their concerns, ensuring that the college remains a place of mutual respect and professional excellence.
