Internal Complaints Committee

In accordance with statutory requirements and our commitment to a safe campus, St. Xavier's College has established a dedicated Internal Complaints Committee (ICC). The ICC is responsible for the prevention, prohibition, and redressal of any form of sexual harassment within the institution. Led by a Presiding Officer and a diverse panel of faculty and administrative representatives, the committee ensures a secure environment where the dignity and safety of every individual are paramount.

The ICC operates with a focus on gender sensitivity and equity, conducting regular awareness programmes and providing a confidential platform for reporting and resolving complaints. By fostering a culture of accountability and respect, the ICC plays a vital role in maintaining the professional integrity of the college. All stakeholders are made aware of their rights and the protocols for seeking redressal, reinforcing a campus culture of zero tolerance for misconduct.
